The fifth edition of the culinary event will bring together renowned chefs who will welcome the visitors to savour gourmet dishes from the best restaurants in Brussels. And to sprinkle the buds with the juice of Dionysus, the Bordeaux region will come to Brussels bringing the best wines to compliment the culinary products.
For those curious about the foods from different places in the world, there is the International Pavilion. In partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Brussels International, the festival is welcoming and honouring some representatives to prepare their local dishes from: Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Rabat-Salé-Kenitra (Morocco), Quebec (Canada), Beijing (China), Sichuan (southwest China), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Mazovia (Poland) and Sofia (Bulgaria). These chefs will also offer live-cooking events, orchestrated by chef Albert Verdeyen from Brussels. Musicians and craftsmen will add to the gastronomic program.
